We offer move-in/move-out turnover cleaning, short-term rental and vacation rental turnovers, recurring cleaning for property management portfolios, residential recurring and deep cleaning, office cleaning, and real estate listing/showing prep cleaning. Each service has its own page with full details, or you can tell us your situation and we'll point you to the right fit.

Yes. Host Cleaning Services, LLC is insured and bonded, and documentation is available on request, especially useful for property managers and commercial clients who need it on file.

No. Many of our clients, especially homeowners, hosts, and property managers, provide access instructions (a lockbox, smart lock code, or key) and are not on-site during the visit. We'll agree on an access method that works for you during booking.

Yes, our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade supplies. If you'd like us to use specific or eco-conscious products in your home or property, just let us know in advance and we'll accommodate it.

Just let us know when booking. Our team is comfortable working around pets, and we're happy to follow any instructions about which rooms to avoid or how to secure them during the visit.

Booking & Pricing

Pricing depends on property size, condition, service type, and frequency. Recurring residential and commercial clients typically receive lower per-visit rates than one-time services. Request a quote through our contact form with a few details about your property, and we'll follow up with a clear, itemized estimate before any work begins.

For recurring residential or commercial service, a week or two of lead time is plenty to get onboarded. For move-in/move-out cleans, real estate listings, and short-term rental turnovers, the earlier the better. These are often time-sensitive, and we prioritize holding exact dates for deadline-driven work.

Yes, recurring service is where we do our best work and build the strongest relationships. Weekly, biweekly, and monthly plans are available for residential and office clients, and portfolio-wide recurring schedules for property managers.

We accept all major forms of payment, invoiced to the email on file. Payment details are confirmed when your service is booked, and recurring clients can be set up for automatic billing after each visit.

Yes. If something on your checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we'll return to make it right at no additional cost. We'd rather fix it than have you live with it.

Short-Term Rentals

Same-day, checkout-to-check-in turnovers are the core of this service. We coordinate directly with your booking calendar so a tight same-day window is the norm, not the exception.

Yes. We can draw from an on-site stocked closet and flag what's running low, or simply monitor and report inventory levels for you to reorder, whichever you prefer. This is set up during your property's onboarding walkthrough.

We document it with photos and notify you immediately, before your next guest checks in, rather than waiting for a scheduled check-in call. Catching issues between stays is one of the most valuable parts of this service.

Yes, we support co-hosts and rental managers coordinating turnovers across a portfolio of listings, with a single point of contact regardless of how many properties are involved.

Policies & Trust

Standard residential and commercial visits need 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Move-in/move-out, real estate, and short-term rental turnovers need 72 hours' notice given how tightly those are scheduled around deadlines and guest arrivals. Full details, including fees, are on our Cancellation Policy page.

We'll always try to reach you first. If a scheduled visit can't proceed because of a lockout or access issue on your end, a trip fee may apply. This is covered in full on our Cancellation Policy page.

Just email or call us with as much notice as you can. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice on any individual visit, and for ongoing recurring plans, a heads-up before your next scheduled cycle is all we need to pause or end service. No long-term contract required.

Massachusetts winters happen. If severe weather makes a visit unsafe for our team or inaccessible to your property, we'll reach out to reschedule as early as possible at no penalty to you.
